Conjuration Adept feat missing from character creation

I can see all Adept feats except Conjuration Adept when selecting a feat for my character during creation.

I can add the feat manually from the sheet, but not when managing the character

Had you already added it manually before looking in the character builder? It won't (generally) let you select a feat your character already has.
