Beast Master (2024) options not available on Extras for Ranger (2024) / Beast Master.

It is not possible to add the "Beast of ... " in Extras for a 2024 Ranger Beast Master. Since I can't find the stat block anywhere else, this makes it quite difficult to add the companion to Maps. It can't be right, that I have to define a homebrew monster for each type of companion and then add that as a pet/summon/whatever.

Unfortunately the Extras thing just doesn't support dynamic stat blocks (i.e., stat blocks where some of the stats depend on the stats of the creature's owner, or on the level of a spell used to create them) at all. It's on the long list of things we're all really hoping will work better in the new version of the character builder they're working on.

I would be happy if I could add the token to Maps without having to create a homebrew monster ;)
