I had purchased the swords coast adventure guide this morning on my android and I got a error message saying there were problems with the purchase, but I was still emailed that my card was charged for the guide. After checking my account it seems like it didn’t unlock my guide or leave any transaction history that I made a purchase, but I still got an email saying I was charged for it.
Thanks for getting back with me. I did, but they are off hours at the moment. I was just hoping someone would have had the same problem and knew a way to fix it before they open during business hours.

Contact support, they will be able to solve the problem.
