Lost Access to some Shared Content

I haven’t had any issues with using content n accessible to me via shared content before, but all of the sudden I just can’t use options previously available to me or view monster stat blocks or magic items. I had a brief issue where I couldn’t view Arcana Unleashed shortly after my friend had gotten it, but suddenly lost access to it. That cleared up? But now I’ve lost access to Strixhaven and Sword Coast Adventurer’s Guide. The character sheets I’ve been trying to use are all in our shared campaign, my friend with content sharing enabled is, as well, and I’ve checked and all my purchases are synced up. It even still says I have these books downloaded on the mobile app, I just can’t view them anymore. I don’t know if this is because of recent updates to the website or something else, but I’d like any help available to try to get this figured out.

How recently did you sync your entitlements?
Did those shared games end/get deleted?
Did you sign in a different way & your account didn't save?

You may also want to check if the friend who enabled content sharing has let their subscription lapse.

I don’t think it’s that because I still have access to a large number of sourcebooks from this guy, it’s just these two.

I resynced after I noticed there was an issue and the game/campaign having existed for about 4 years now. It’s all on the same campaign. I was logged out of my account recently (friend was using my laptop), but I logged back into my usual account without incident. Others players in said campaign have noticed the same issue.

Did anyone recently leave the campaign? If the only person in the group who owned those books left, they wouldn't be shared anymore.

They're the person that created the campaign. We've had some people switch in and out of the campaign, but none of those people had any unique sourcebooks. Again, we still have access to most of the sourcebooks he owns, just not these two.

It might be worth double-checking whether he actually owns those two books, as opposed to maybe having access to them via content sharing in some other campaign. Just because if one of the people who left was the only one who owned those two books, this is exactly what would happen.

I’d like to clarify that the people that have switched in and out did so long after the campaign had been created and I had been using the shared content during the switch outs with no problem previously. This problem only started shortly after Arcana Unleashed officially released. As I stated before, AU initially gave me this problem (as the campaign owner had bought it, but I suddenly lost my ability to view it despite being to previously), but cleared up suddenly in this specific case. I will ask the campaign creator about this to see if there are any issues on his end, regardless.
