missing subclass

I am missing the Beast master subclass for ranger while in the character creator. i have checked and resynced my licenses, i own the 2014 PHB and in the creator i have selected the 5e and legacy content, i am choosing the 2014 ranger for the class and it is not showing up as an option the level 3 subclass/archetype selections. what else can i do to fix this? has anyone else had this problem and what worked for you if it worked?

By far the most common cause of this problem is having selected the wrong version of the class. I know you've said you've chosen the 2014 Ranger class, but it's worth double-checking, because people frequently misunderstand how the Sources options work and select the wrong version of the class thinking they've selected the right one. 

One way to tell is to look at the level 1 class features. If it has Spellcasting, it's the 5.5e Ranger. If it has Natural Explorer, it's the 5e one. 

Another is to look at the class icons. The 5e Ranger's icon is two crossed blades with a paw print between them. The 5.5e icon is a crosshair with an arrow crossing over it.
