Not sure if your issue is the same as mine, but I can't access my recents and favourited books when I click on Library. I can get to them when I click View All.
The solution is to turn off my VPN - the page loads properly as long as the VPN is off.
I have nothing in my library
So you can access your library, it's just not showing your books.
Are the free books visible? Basic Rules, etc?
