i did activation of my activation key with "redeem a key" option but the digital book is not in my library. i did the logout/login-clear cache & cookies - stuff but it's still not showing. i did order the preorder stuff
Can't find the info about how to get World of Warcraft DnD book on the 3rd of November. I wanna translate it. Maybe I missed something. Can someone help, please?
Same here, no access yet despite master tier and the UTC 13:40 passed by a margin.
The process for releasing books like this is a manual one and they probably will not even start it until their normal working hours begin. This is why they generally only announce the day a book will be released and don't provide specific times.
Well, it's 3.November, I do have Master tier, it's still not there. What now?
It's still not there because it hasn't been released yet. They'll probably start that process when they get to work this morning. Have a little patience.
The release process has begun, but it will likely take a few hours to complete still. There will be announcements on the home page and social media once the book is fully available.

Thanks for the answer! A specific time was mentionned this time on my account for the early access (03/11/26 UTC 13:40) so I assumed it was automatic rather than manual.

Have some patience. It releases on the 3rd. It doesn't release at 12:01 UTC on the 3rd.
As has been the case with every other book release, they have to do things to make the release happen. IIRC, books are typically available by noonish eastern time, but I just don't pay that close attention.

Those times that show up on the license screen are some kind of internal metric and should not be taken as an indication of when it'll actually be available.
It absolutely should be an automatic process, but they are working with a fairly old and janky system that has a lot of unnecessary complexity, so it requires a lot of manual intervention.
There will also likely be a period today where parts of it work and parts of it don't. In many cases this will just be a sign that the release process isn't complete yet. Unfortunately, since they also don't seem to have a proper QA process for stuff like this, some of these problems will also just be because they're releasing broken stuff. It's always an adventure.

I get it better now, that's fair! Thanks again for the intel and explaining how it works, I'll just be patient... The devs behind don't have it easy with the current system.
first time preordering something with the early access. do i just keep checking my library to find it throughout the day?
Pretty much, yeah. As spamandtuna said, they will put an announcement on the front page when it's done.
Also, at some point they will usually post a thread for the new book in the "Release Issues & Support" forum, which is generally a sign that they consider it ready to use. Any issues you're still having at that point should be reported there.

ModeratorYou’d also need an active Master Tier subscription if you want to access it on the 3rd.
Hero Tier subscribers get early access on the 10th instead. Everyone else gets the book on the official release day, the 17th.
