do they not want my money? been trying to buy this to get the in-game rewards for hours. Keep getting "Error" with no info. All the info is 100% correct. Do they not allow debit cards on this site? I tried to download the app but there's no option to put in payment info. Don't have paypal and can't use it. Does it make a difference if I just created the account today and am trying to add payment info?
"While the bundles officially release on November 17, early access for them begins today, so players can start to claim their in-game rewards: the Black Malice black dragon mount, the Eyestalker Beholder pet, and a Mimic-themed toy and decor!" According to WoWhead
I thought so too. It even says on the dndbeyond store page that codes would be delivered November 3rd. However, people are saying that the codes aren't getting sent until the 17th when the actual release is out. Judging from the fact that I have yet to receive the email for the codes since I made my purchase exactly 24 hours ago, the lack of communication from WoTC, and my ticket not being responded to, I'm inclined to believe we aren't getting the codes.
This is my first experience with WoTC and man they seem pretty unprofessional and uncommunicative. Glad I'm not into DnD so I won't have to deal with their junk customer support again.
WoTC really is as transparent as a brick wall. Unfortunately I expected more from a well established company. Their service makes Blizzard's service look like it did over a decade ago, by comparison.
Have you tried contacting support instead of just posting on the forums? The forums aren't the same as customer support.
That's exactly why people have come to the forums. My ticket has been open for 24+ hours now with no response. People are going to keep coming to the forums the more they put off our tickets.
Tickets are answered in the order they're received.
Posting on the forums doesn't accelerate responses.
To add on to this: Support tickets are obviously going to increase around the release of a new product. Have some patience, your ticket will be seen when your spot in line comes up.
Also remember not to open new tickets, it will slow the response rather than speeding it up.

You won't be able to redeem the in-game codes until November 17th anyway

I just checked my account licenses, it says the WoW Pre-order Perks are "Available 17 November 2026 13:40 UTC"
I bought it today so maybe that's why it's not available yet.
