The Arcane Trickster allows users to choose 3 cantrips when according to the Player's Handbook, they should only be able to choose 2, plus mage hand. The Eldritch Knight martial archetype also only chooses two cantrips. This implies that the mage hand cantrip is really part of the Mage Hand Ledgerdemain feature, rather than part of the spellcasting feature, and is just in the Spellcasting feature description for presentation. If this is true, homebrew spellcasting roguish archetypes should also only choose two cantrips like the Eldritch Knight, rather than three.
To fix this problem in both places, the number of cantrips spellcasting roguish archetypes can choose should be changed to 2, and mage hand should be a spell granted by the Mage Hand Ledgerdemain feature in terms of implementation in the toolset (the feature descriptions should remain unchanged).
Thanks for all your hard work!
EDIT: In addition, at 10th level and higher, the number of cantrips known should be 3 instead of 4.
