I understand that the svirfneblin is exclusive to deep gnomes but if I wanted to give my character the feat anyway, how do I do that? the manage feat in the character sheet no longer gives that option. I had that feat prior and then when I went to test out different character options and removed it I couldn't get it back. is there an override??

In the Preferences of the sheet, you can disable the enforcement of feats' prerequisites.
