My membership should be good through May 2024 at the Hero level, but both the app and the website say, a month after the fact, “There was an issue with your payment” (which I can tell there was not, I can see the payment posted, no issue, no refund). They want me to resubscribe, but even attempting to just takes me to Google to manage my subscription, which shows as still active through May 12, 2024. You have my $25.99 for the year. What gives?
Thankfully the cause of the issue has been settled, it was never a transaction issue to begin with - I had to be one in a million to experience a glitch when they did a new update. I just wanted to post this in case anyone else has this pop up. It self-corrected before support could offer "mAkE SuRe yOuR eNtItLeMeNts ArE SeT uP cOrReCTlY".
