There's a slight error in the character's spells list and features & traits list where it shows duplicates of Burning Hands from the Reach to the Blaze aspect of fire genasi. So instead of giving me one option for burning hands, it shows two in both sections.
I'm not seeing the same on my Fire Genasi-- You may be best to post a link to the character sheet where this is happening so that a moderator can take a better look for you. :)
This may be an odd question but-- Is there any possibility the specific Fire Genasi race you're using for the character is homebrewed? I know some people instead of buying it take the time to enter in themselves, whether that was you or your DM or a fellow player who did it-- But it could have been mis-entered?
If this is the case and you go into the character builder, then to race, you should see a little white house with a blue background, like this:
If that's not the case then a moderator should hopefully be of greater help than me.

Nope, doesn't show that icon. The only fire genasi I see is the non-homebrewed one, which is selected.
