The same problem recurs with the "Background" subsection link below the Halls of the Hunting Axe section heading in the table of contents; because there are multiple page sections with the "Background" anchor, the table of contents link takes me to the first time it appears, below "Iceshield Orcs", instead.
(I'm sure there are other duplicate links in the source code, but they're not as much of an issue since the only way you can access those subsection anchors is by looking at the source code; they don't appear in the table of contents. I haven't checked the other chapters, but I imagine there's less likelihood of duplicate headings since they're not a series of sidequests with similar structure.)

ModeratorIn Chapter 6 of the Princes of the Apocalypse adventure, there are two section headings labeled "The Ruins". One appears as a subheading below Rundreth Manor. And the other is a main section heading after Halls of the Hunting Axe. But the problem is, the "The Ruins" main section heading link in the table of contents ends up wrongly taking me to the first link, because they both have the same URL anchor in the source code.
