Ok, so I "created" this homebrew item: https://www.dndbeyond.com/magic-items/353964-the-sin-of-gluttony I "created" it with the goal of bringing some cool homebrew items from other places to dndbeyond, and I kind of submitted it before thinking if it went out of guidelines... The item is not copyrighted but I'm not the original creator. I've credited him in the post and comments and it's not official or copyrighted content, but still. I just want to know if it's out of guidelines and if so, could you remove it and just notify me and I'll make sure not to do it again.
Homebrew content created by others. You may not add public homebrew, that has been created by other people, to D&D beyond, unless you have their permission to do so (e.g. content from other websites).
So if you did not have their permission to publish it, it needs to be deleted.
As an aside, you can still have it in your homebrew creations and use it in your games without publishing it. As long as you don't publish it, you are in the clear.
