For awhile now I've thought there was something wrong with Xanathar's here but I've never actually made an effort to think about it for more than a moment. However just now, after having to do a search within a chapter, the thing I wanted didn't show up. Because I knew the page number of what I was looking for, I looked it up in my physical copy, found the title of the feature, and then went to the DDB index. It was there, under the right chapter heading, but when I clicked on it, I got a page that was designed like it's own chapter heading rather than as a part of the chapter itself.
While I understand the need for this due to the sheer length of each section, I think there really needs to be some connective tissue between them so that there is a strong indication that they are all part of the one chapter rather than separate chapters. For a start, altering the title of these sub-chapters so that they don't appear as their own distinct chapters would be nice. Some sort of linking at the top and bottom to each chapter in order would also go a long way.

It turns out that Traps Revisited, Downtime Revisited and Awarding Magical Items, all within the Dungeon Master's Tools chapter, all have their own distinct pages.
