Actually, I did some testing, and the Soul of the Forge bonus to AC is working correctly (except that DDB applies it when wearing any armor, not just heavy armor.) If you click on the Armor Class field of the character sheet it should show where each part of the AC calculation is coming from.
Keep in mind that heavy armor doesn't include any of your DEX modifier, so that may be why it seems lower than you expect.
Edit: heh, you replied while I was typing up this post! Glad you got it working.
My forge domain cleric noted that Soul of the Forge, XGtE, pg. 19, isn't reflected in his AC calculation on his DDB Character Sheet.
Starting at 6th level, your mastery of the forge grants you special abilities:
He is wearing Adamantine Chain Mail, which is classed as heavy armor.
Post the link to your character sheet so someone can take a look.

Thanks, I wasn't confident sharing his character, so I was creating a new one to share, and the Soul of the Forge was reflected.
I dropped his character down to 6th level and rechecked his AC calulations and it's there now.
