Is your player trying to access one of the books in the compendium, or build a character?
If they are trying to build a character, they will only see the shared content when building a character via the join link from the campaign, not if they just go directly to the builder.

The next was no visible in my campaign. However, after I disabled content sharing in one of my other campaigns, it appeared.
I did not realise that I could only enable content sharing in three campaigns. I must have disabled it in my main campaign, and then set up a fourth on with it enabled. By doing that, i accidentally locked out the option on my main campaign.

I recently joined a D&d game and my dm has content sharing enabled and everyone else has the added content but me. I do not have any subscription types.
Are you making the character in the campaign? Content sharing for the builder will only work for characters being made in the campaign. Use the link your DM sent you to create the character. If that’s what you are doing then make sure content sharing is still enabled. Go to the campaign page and check the top left corner. It should say if sharing is enabled.
I had enabled content sharing in one of my campaigns. One of my players recently pointed out that it is no longer enabled. How do I fix this?

I am the Inquisitor Imperitus. I am judge, jury, and executioner. Draw your last breath now, as I send you to the Nine Hells.
My player had tried to build a character via the join link and could not see the shared content.
When I check the campaign myself, it does not say that I have enabled content sharing, and no option to turn it on is provided.

That worked thank you very much.
