I have a master annual account and legendary bundle (I bought the Players Handbook separately when I first started).
When creating a regular character, I have access to everything.
When quick building or trying to randomize a new character, it's only giving me access to 3 sources (Elemental Evil Player's Companion, Basic Rules, and Players Handbook) when selecting race.
Quick build doesn't have the other books. Not sure if this is intended, but since it is mostly for new players and including monstrous races, and non-forgotten realm sources would make things needlessly complicated for them.
