Blue proficiency dot?

Hi guys,

I am really confused about my monk's character sheet. He has some blue dots for some of his skill proficiencies and I don't know what they mean.

On top of that one of the skills even has the word in blue. Is this just a bug or is there a meaning behind it?

Blue colour for Skills means that they have been modified/customised to reflect something that is outside the normal character progression.

Click on the Blue Skills and you can check on the sidebar what it has been modified.

I couldn't find the customise section but I thought that might have been the reason for it.
