Problems with Dice on iOS Mobile App

Is anyone else having problems with dice on the app since the last update?  They're there when I first go into the character but the dice icon sometimes vanishes with no warning and when it has the option to roll against specific skills or actions stops working.  Leave the character and go back in and they reappear and start working again but again they disappear shortly after

Having a similar issue with dice rolling on my iPad, except in my case it’s on the DDB website.

Same issue on chromebook.
