I think I see what you mean. Etherealness shows up in spell list as a once per short rest use. There is a "use" button on the spell list, but I dont see a way it is actually tracking the spell's use via the spell list. So the feature must be tracked from the actions list and the etherealness spell is just for reference.
*Edit: You mean on the features and traits page (I dont usually check there). It is because the trait both creates a custom action and adds a limited use spell (it probably doesn't need the custom action) and the two listings don't use the same use tracker.
Inside the class features for Etheral Step within Horizon Walker:
Ethereal Step shows up as a once per short rest feature
Etherealness (7th Level) also shows up as a short rest class feature
This should only be the one Ethereal Step option, right?
