I have a small error: Making a sorcerer, almost all cantrips appear twice, three times, or even four times. Will update with a screenshot when I'm on PC. Stay tuned.
UPDATE: Below is a screenshot of the error I'm encountering. Please, if anyone knows the cause of this, assistance would be appreciated.
I do not want to mess up your character, but I suspect it has something to do with the homebrew subclass. Try to change it and see if the spell duplication is still present.
This has happened to me before. Currently showing on my divine soul sorcerer. The following show duplicated and I know detect magic does as well. From the marketplace, not homebrewed

I doubt it's the homebrew subclass- This isn't the first time it's happened. When I first started using DnDBeyond, Acid Splash and Acid Arrow were duplicated. It's only gotten worse. Experiment with that character as you wish, I can always make another once you figure out what's wrong with it. Thanks for any help you might provide!

I changed your subclass to Draconic Bloodline. The duplicated spells have gone away.

This is cause because the divine soul sorcerer can learn cleric spells, so the cleric and sorcerer spell list is clumsily shuffled together.
I think the OP is having a similar issue. Does your homebrew subclass grant access to the wizard and warlock spell lists? That would cause spells they have in common to be duplicated.

This actually makes a ton of sense. Pass this information on to the devs, so this can be fixed. I suppose it's only a visual bug but it's very confusing to look at. Thanks for all the help, everyone! And happy new year!

Could you try to turn the Homebrew toggle off and check again?

It can't be, because the homebrew spell Face-Palm is able to be selected.

It would be best, then, if you post the link address of the builder page.
I meant the link included in that latter comment.

It's something that must be corrected by the homebrew's author. I could take a look at it if the link address is provided.
Even though Favored/Divine Soul or whatever seems to do the same thing? It sounds like it's something on the devs' side to me.
They meant the fact that duplicate spells aren't erased when spell lists are merged (e.g. divine soul sorcerer).
