a while ago I bought (spending quite a bit too) a few of the compendiums from the market place, I used them for a while but have since not visited the site in quite a while, and coming back, hoping to start a new campaign, and logging into the SAME account (same characters) I am told I don’t have the items,
where the handbooks only temporary purchase? I would think that a little unfair, as dnd is a hobby I play with friends, and not being able to refer makes it harder to think and understand things, especially the monster compendiums.
I hope this is a bug or that I did something wrong, and if so can it please be rectified ASAP.

Good evening!
For users in the European Economic Area, your account could have been deleted during D&D Beyond's transition to Fandom if you did not previously opt in for the transfer of your data. If this is the case, you will receive a free nickname change credit at the end of the deletion process today. With that, you can change your nickname to whatever you desire and all of your posts, comments, etc. will be maintained. Open your account profile page and you will find a link to do so.
Also, previous purchases remain available by visiting the marketplace. You will see a 'reclaim' button, allowing you to reclaim all purchases and re-associate them with your account. If you continue to experience any issue, please open a ticket with support so we can get everything fixed up for you. :D
