The DnD Beyond App use to show all my digital purchases but now all the content appears in the compendium with a marketplace link attached but when I click on it I get this (https://imgur.com/gallery/VLw6wGI) saying that the user already owns the product yet I still can't download it.

I have quite a few rule books and adventures through DnD Beyond and I like to use the app for a quick reference guide when planning and playing. It use to work fine but not longer. I have tried logging in and out, uninstalling and re-installing and enjoying my phone from the approved list on my account page and then re-installing. I contacted support a few days ago but haven't received a reply so just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Content still works fine in the main site.

Support will answer as soon as they can, they have quite a few requests since the Christmas break.

My suggestion would be check if you are using the same account for the mobile app.

Yeah I figured they would be busy, l just wondering if anyone else had experienced it. Definitely logged in with same account.
