Just created a new wonderous item for my group, 5 out of the 6 characters can find/add it from the manage equipment function. But the character I specifically created it for cant! or me accessing his character from the my campaign portal still cant find/add the item.

Just created a new wonderous item for my group, 5 out of the 6 characters can find/add it from the manage equipment function. But the character I specifically created it for cant! or me accessing his character from the my campaign portal still cant find/add the item.
Any thoughts please?!

Is homebrew enabled on the character? There is a toggle on first page of builder or under character settings.
