I've just realized the dndbeyond character sheet shows "all" languages known (flagged as "wizard") when you reach level 14 in the abjuration school.
I cannot find a reference to this perk anywhere online (I do not have a physical copy of the books, so if I am missing something, I apologize). It doesn't happen with any other school of magic, and I was able to recreate it with a new build (no spells in the book/prepared. The tongues spell was my first thought, but that isn't it!). It is not present at level 13, and shows up upon level up. It doesn't appear to be dependent on anything but level and choosing the abjuration tradition.

Could you post the link address of the character?
Sure thing. I created a character using the standard array, and only selecting enough options to show the bug.
Human variant (none of the options selected, just the race chosen).
Wizard, lvl 14. Abjuration. (None of the additional options, like ability score increases).
Entertainer background (none of the options selected) As an additional check, I changed the background choice and the bug is still present.
No equipment.
Here is a link to the character sheet: https://www.dndbeyond.com/profile/Nost85/characters/7931211
Under languages, it says All. Mouse-over gives "Wizard" Dropping the level to 13 removes this.

I can confirm this bug.
