This expensive and classy tin of mints is quite popular among well-to-do young men courting young ladies. The design of the tin depicts roses rising from frothy waves with “Silver Tongue Mints” in black-bordered silver letters across the top.
Each tin of mints comes with four square strips of greenish, gum-like material. When placed on the tongue, it feels carbonated as it dissolves, coating the tongue in a silver sheen for up to 2 hours.
While their tongue is silvered, the creature has +3 to Persuasion and Deception checks, but must make a Sleight of Hand check to avoid revealing their silvered tongue, to which some might take offense.
So, i can't figure out why my Persuasion is +9, when I think is should be +6. Can someone look over and see?
