I have the Sword Coast content and am unable to create a Feral Tiefling with a variant option. Also the +2 Dex, +1 Intelligence. Is this suppose to be available at all?

I also have this problem. I have one character I made with this racial variant, when I first got DDB. But now, this is not a choosable option. Did this go away, or get sucked into some unnamed pocket dimension? If it was an accident, can we bring them back?
I have the same problem as KaosKoyote. I have the content unlocked. One of my players created a feral tiefling and was able to select it as a subrace. When I edit their character and change race I can see three subraces, including feral. When I try to create a new character I don't have tiefling subrace options available.
EDIT: Having just said that, I think I figured it out. One of my players had unlocked the Sword Coast content, not me. So another player in my campaign was able to use that unlocked content. But creating a character outside of the campaign won't detect the Sword Coast content my other player unlocked because the sharing is only within campaigns.
