I purchased Vecna, Eve of Ruin on April 24th, six days before the supposed April 30th cutoff that was randomly thrown in recently.
I cannot access the book. I can see the table of contents, but when I try to go into the book it directs me to the store page (where it kindly informs me I have already purchased the preorder).
Is this intentional? Is this a bug? I would like to have access to what I paid for.
If you don’t see any of the content from the book (preorder bonuses or otherwise), please be sure to resync your entitlements. You can do so by following these steps:
Once completed, your content should appear! If you experience any issues with accessing your content please reach out to our Support Team.

Fair warning, they're now saying that early access is ONLY if you pre-ordered BOTH the digital and the Physical. If you only did the digital, you're screwed- Like the rest of us who were mistakenly shown that we'd get access.
We're happy to hear from you. Looking at your account, it appears that the digital version of Vecna: Eve of Ruin was purchased from D&D Beyond Marketplace.
Early Access for Vecna: Eve of Ruin was only available for Physical & Digital bundle orders placed prior to April 30th, 2024 via the D&D Store. For more information about Pre-Orders, please see: Pre-Order FAQ.
We sincerely appreciate your feedback. It's important that your voice is heard and we assure you that requests of this nature are particularly important to our company as we strive to build a better experience for you.

WoTC moment
Wow! That is not right. It distinctly said we'd get early access. Booooo!
Agreed. Pre-ordered FEB18 just the digital because it was Falsely Advertised as giving early access.

So, you ordered through the D&D store before the cut off, and they just lied and said you ordered it through D&D Beyond instead?
I'd submit a new ticket about the lying.
