When I click on feat for human variant, it gives me no options to click.
Only the grappler feat is available for free, and it has a STR requirement, so even that won't show up before you do stats.
Either way, when I click on the drop down bar, it gives me no options but -Choose Feat-.

Yes.
You have access to free content only, and Grappler is the only free feat. But you are also not fulfilling the Grappler's prerequisite, which is to have a Strength score of 13 or higher. That is why Grappler is not showing up.
