Cackler seems to have "demon" subtype but not tag

The cackler monster entry seems to properly be listed with the "demon" subtype (in parentheses after the type). However, there's an existing "demon" monster tag as well, but the cackler doesn't seem to have it for some reason.

Please fix this.
