Homebrew magic items not showing up in campaign

I've created a handful of Homebrew magic items and it says they should show up in my campaign but none of us can see them. is there something that I need to do specific to get them to show up in the campaign?

Do rhe characters have the homebrew content source enabled?

Are the homebrews in your collection?
