Class features appearing twice?

So my class feature (War Priest) appears twice on my character sheet and they don't sync. So if I mark I used 1 charge on one, it won't mark the other. my character is a war domain cleric and I dont know if other war clerics have the same problem.

This is happening on my sorcerer as well with the sorcery points feature.
