I have a strange problem. Whenever I try to create or respond to a post in the forums, using the mobile version of the site - entering text is extremely difficult.
The curser jumps about all over the place and my phones auto-complete feature results in nonsense that I had to.go back and correct.
An example. I have typed a sentence and then decide not to use it. I try to delete it - I start deleting it then suddenly the curser jumps 3 sentences up and I end up with a half deleted sentence that I was trying to get rid of, and a half deleted paragraph that I wanted to keep.
When I try to use auto complete to get the corecor spelling of a word that I am unsure how to spell, I tap on the correct word but when it appears in the editor, the letters are all jumbled up or it has attached the whole or part of the word to other words.
Then, when I try to correct it by deleting, so I can retype it, I get the same issue as above - curser jumps, I end up.deleting and having to retype text I wanted to keep and then auto complete does the same thing again.
This is making it extremely difficult to create or reply to anything.
I don't think it's my phone because this only occurs while creating/replying on DDB.
I am using
Mobile Chrome version 72
Device Samsung Galaxy S9 with software version 9 (Android Pie) and all security patches and updates have been installed.
I am on mobile right now but when I get home later today, I will post more.detailed specs for my device.

I have similar problems all the time. It is somehow triggered by moving the cursor before hitting space to end a word.
The bugs I've encountered from this include: duplicating text, moving parts of words, cursor randomly moving mid type or backspace, and even having random segments of text appear at the beginning of a new comment.
I'm not sure if it is related, but I have to edit my posts twice in order for the edit to display. The edit is saved but not displayed the first time.
