Storm of Vengeance has a range of "Self". In the book, its range is "Sight".
There's also the fact that it includes a Dexterity save as well as a Constitution (for the lightning bit), but I'm not sure how the Save tag is designed to handle such things.
The range has been updated to Sight from Self. We'll have to see what to do about displaying the multiple save types that occur across the round effects. Going to leave this thread marked as "BUG" so I don't forget to look at that.
I thought it was trickier than usual. It will be useful in things like Prismatic Wall, too. It used to have different saves and now it's mostly Dexterity, but layers 6 and 7 include a Constitution and a Wisdom save just to throw people off. :p
Perhaps the simplest solution is to put "Multiple" or "Var"(iable) on the Save tag? Or "Dex +" or something? Or reuse the (...) thing that is utilized in spells with multiple damage types.
Although perhaps a tooltip over that (...) could expand with everything included (in both Saves and Damage)?
