I created a custom race with increasing number of uses in a racial action as in levels, using the limited uses to increase the number of uses as it levels.
However, when i tested it on a custom character, when i use the extra use gained from levelling, i get the following error:

Its okay, i found a way around it. Set the base to the maximum value first, then override it at level 1.
