Hi 

I have a player who has a life cleric character and neither him on his laptop or me on my phone can access his spells on hos character sheet.

I didn't see any, but are you using any homebrew items, feats, races, classes, backgrounds, or spells?

Can he reach his spell list from the character builder? If so, does removing all spells fix the problem?

Any homebrew item on that character?

I created a rod of resurrection. Once removed his spells came back. 

So I suppose the next question is how do I fix the rod?

All fixed.
