Um this is mostly a stupid question but i know the hardcopy dnd books cannot be ported over, but can the pdf version be? I have a pdf version of the monster manual and beginners compendium so not much investment. I was just wondering if those could be used as they are on my Google drive account.
What? I bought it for $30 from a friend in high school. He told me he got it off a site that can ship you books or give pdf versions. He showed me his 10 books from 3.5 and their respective pdf.
So what do I do with it then cause I've used it to help me get into dnd?

You should be aware that PDFs of WotC hardcovers are illegal as they are not officially released or licensed by WotC.

I stand by my statement above.
Well, I guess that's my fault for not doing research. I guess I'll rebuy it and maybe the others but it's gonna have to be one at a time
