It doesn't have the Change Shape action.

The Adult variant of the Brass dragon doesn't have change shape, only the Ancient variant.
I am the Inquisitor Imperitus. I am judge, jury, and executioner. Draw your last breath now, as I send you to the Nine Hells.
Adult bronze dragon does. Gold and silver do. Copper doesn't. Do you know why?
Also, if I capitalize the first letter in adult bronze dragon--because it's at the start of a sentence, for instance--the tooltip doesn't work.

Not sure why WotC did not give the adult variant of the brass dragon the change shape feature. That would be a question for Crawford or Perkins, I guess.
