Since the copied and pasted error report doesn't mean anything to anyone, let me try to guess the circumstances that this bug occurred:

Someone in your campaign has a subscription, added this homebrew to their collection, and is sharing it with you.

If so, then it is a bug that has been happening for the last two weeks or so. It occurs with every public homebrew that is shared from someone else's collection. I don't know if it is being worked on yet.

Thanks, it said something about reporting the error and this was the only place I found to report it.

It's fine to report it, and this is the right place to report it. I just don't know if even mods can read these error messages.
