The maps are kind of a different thing than the books. You'll need to download them anyway to use them (unlike books). It would be nice if they were somewhere on the menu though instead of marketplace (and shareable via content sharing).

Just purchased the $15 tactical maps, but they aren't with the rest of the source material. Where do I find the purchase?
