Strength modifier is wrong

My strength is 15 but it is giving a +3 modifier. I checked the rules and it should be a +2

You put 15 as your base STR score, but, being a Dragonborn, you have a +2 STR bonus. So a 17 as the total.

Shouldnt it be a +2 not 3?

No, 17 gives a +3 modifier.

No matter what i put it makes my strength the same number each time. I have a ten strength but it makes it 3 each time.

 You have to clear the Override box.
