I'm a new user and have been having some issues using the site on PC and mobile.
The first issue was actually creating an account. A friend sent me a link via Facebook messanger which lead me to the site sign up page. I went the google route but DnD Beyond reloaded the please log in page. This issue was fixed when I copy pasted the link from my messanger app into an actual browser app (firefox).
A similar and still present problem is that I cannot edit, view, or delete, any of the characters I have created myself or claimed from my DM friend's account. When I press the buttons the page just refreshes. This is experienced on both PC and Mobile. My friend has also said he cannot modify the characters I've claimed in his campaign; but I was still able to edit the character via his my character page (I used his phone during our game session).
Any tips for troubleshooting this issue would be greatly appreciated!
The second issue is due to the apostrophe in your name. It looks like you have already been granted a nickname credit. Please log out and then back in, to change your name to something that does not contain special characters. You should then be able to access and edit your characters.
Thank you very much!
