So, I have a question, how do you do fixed damage bonuses that increase as a class levels up? I'm trying to do it so that my homebrew class can do fixed damage, outside of the roll damage, but I want the fixed damage to increase at certain levels, no matter what weapons are used.
Like this:
4th - +2 7th - +3 10th +4 etc
How do I properly modify that in a class feature? Do I have to do one bonus feature every level, or is there a way that is obvious for me and I just haven't tried it yet?
Edit: I forgot that I haven't linked my class here yet to ask for help from mods. the feature I'm trying to have increased melee damage to is the "Savage Striker" feature: https://www.dndbeyond.com/classes/163509-archfiend/subclass/163509/edit Not quite sure what I'm doing wrong, but the damage bonus isn't showing up in the character sheet I made to test it out.
I think you will just need to add up the bonus at different levels (level 4 +2, level 7 +1, level 10 +1). I think you can use options that are automatically granted at different levels to do it, but maybe not.
