Not sure if this would be considered a bug or not, but here goes. . .
If a make a higher level warlock, the builder does not seem to limit my spell choices in a way that matches the spell level progression of the warlock class.
For example, if i start my warlock off at 9th level, the builder allows me to choose all ten of my spells from the 5th level spell list. A 9th level warlock could only have two 5th level spells at level 9 (one chosen at level 9, the other swapped with a lower level spell at level 9).
Ok. So don't. It's not really a bug, the sheet is not the rules authority it is more concerned with being able to display needed information than enforcing the rules of character limits.
