I have purchased Guildmasters of Ravnica and currently the character creation wont let me create any of the race specific to it. I have enabled countless times and still will not show. I was able to see them before purchase. Also I'm trying to currently trying to make a new sorcerer but it only will show Dragon Bloodlines and nothing else. Not sure what I'm missing. Thanks for the help.

You bought GGtR on DDB? Have you enabled MTG sources on the character?
Have you bought PHB or XGtE? Dragonblood sorcerer is the only free sorcerer subclass.
