I'm currently having some very serious problems with the Twitch Extension not updating parameters at all. I spent some time with some community members testing the functionality of the extension/overlay and it refuses to update health, conditions, etc. Sometimes it will randomly refresh itself after several minutes, other times not at all, some times viewers can update the numbers by refreshing their stream, sometimes it doesn't update for them this way either. It is just very inconsistent and screams some kind of communication issue between the DDB database and the extension. The only thing that did consistently update is adding/removing characters from the extension configuration page.

Would really love to get this working as it would be a fantastic feature for my Twitch Plays D&D series, but right now it just isn't useable at all.

That would be fantastic, thank you very much! Having more frequent updates so that viewers have more accurate information for resources + health is a huge draw to use the extension.

So does this mean the "real time updating" is periodic, and every fifteen minutes?  I'm also not seeing live updates.
