Tonight I had attempted to buy both Volos Guide to Monsters and Xanathar’s Guide to Everything. I had successfully bought Volos but when I purchased Xanathars, it had crashed. I reopened the app and tried it again, only to get a pop up message saying “This in-App purchase has already been bought. It will be restored for free. I was wondering when I would get it restored and to know if it would even get restored at all.

There might be an option in settings somewhere to restore purchases.
That's probably what I might have to find. I contacted D&DBEYOND's Tech Support so I will probably get an answer from them.
