I built a new Cleric (Mark of the Sentinel Human) and looked in my spells; I have Shield but not Blade Ward from the Sentinel's Shield feature; which reads "You know the cantrip blade ward. You can cast shield once per short rest with this trait." I think it should be that I know Blade Ward but not Shield and only have Shield through the feature.
Edit: Thanks to MellieDM for pointing out why blade ward wasn't showing up; additional content access is required to have everything appear as would be otherwise expected for this feature.
First, this should be in the bug reporting forum, not Cleric forum.
Second, I just created a Sentinel Human Cleric, and everything is working as it should. You get Blade Ward as a Cantrip, and Shield as a spell that can be used once per short rest. It shows up in your spells section, but you cannot cast it with your own spell slots because it is not a Cleric spell. No bugs here.

You don't know what fear is until you've witnessed a drunk bird divebombing you while carrying a screaming Kobold throwing fire anywhere and everywhere.
Sigred did a great job of explaining how Shield is displayed, but I will also add that Blade Ward is a spell from the Player's Handbook. If you don't have access to the Player's Handbook through D&D Beyond, or if you have not purchased the Blade Ward spell individually, it will not appear on your character sheet.
You can purchase the Player's Handbook or Blade Ward from the Marketplace here.

Hello Swainox!

Thanks all, yeah that's definitely on me for not having access to the PHB. I wish there were some sort of indicator when something like that happens.
If you look up blade ward on DDB, it should redirect to the marketplace.
