Remove homebrew spells one at a time until it is fixed. If it resolves then the homebrew you just removed was the culprit. If all spells removed and it still happens look at homebrew race and items.
Basically, it seems your issue is caused by homebrew, find which it is and remove.

Lmao oh great. So it's just like mods on a video game. LOL ok so were in homebrew is Nexus Mod Manager?
Homebrew is, indeed, very much like mods in a videogame: prone to issues, glitches and imbalance along with imcompatibilities not expected. Homebrew, as with mods in videogames, should be used in moderation and with caution.
There's no manager, just the Character Builder. Since your character is basically nothing but homebrew this is probably going to be a chore for you so I recommend having one tab open to the Character Builder and another to your Character Sheet. Use the builder to remove one homebrew and then refresh the sheet and see if the problem occurs. This will be slightly faster. Since the error occurs only when you try to manage your spells you can focus on homebrew spells or things that grant spells (like your homebrew wizard subclass feature granting always prepped Haste and Slow, your homebrew race's Warden Teachings, and many of your 16 feats, your magic items and god-knows what else you've thrown into this super-godmode-OP thing you're using as a character).

Yes, the other posters are correct. Improperly made homebrew can cause issues like this. Commonly an issue accessing spells will be due to some feature or item that has miscoded uses, charges, or scaling.
Once you have determined which piece of homebrew is in error, feel free to link the homebrew to me, and I can take a look and help you fix it.
LOL ironically, I'm the weakest and most mundane out of my entire party. My DM wanted a high-level campaign and has given us a feat with every level gain. She's already thrown two adult dragons, three Beholders, and two Pit Fiends at us. Thankfully at separate times. She has said out of game that she wouldn't mind seeing any of us become demi-gods in her world.
You can let her know the issue with that homebrew is that she has set the spell to cast at level 20. The highest level of spell in the game is 9, so setting that number above 9 will cause troubles.
If she was trying to set it to be available at level 20, she'll want to set the field "Available at Character Level" to 20. :)

You're basically the equivolent of Level 35 or more and you're only level 13 and the feat had issue with specifically states it cannot be used until level 20 and using a homebrew race more powerful than adult dragons. Based on what is on your character sheet, there is no official monster you cannot contend with single-handedly, even a Tarrasque, and yet you're the weakest of a party?
You won't "become" demi-gods. You already are such and close to being actual gods by the looks, given the problematic feat literally makes you a god able to summon great armies and rule over domains of nature (the intention of the feat is that you're no longer an adventurer, you have become a deity).
I don't say this in criticism, play as you want, as long as you're having fun. But I am very glad I'm not your DM that has to try and somehow balance this all. I also think you'll probably be maxing the character builder's limits soon (max stat allowed is 30, for instance: there is no way to increase beyond that), so keep that in mind as you increase in your already godlike power.

We are having fun. But I am kinda curious how she plans this. Most of her pantheon comes from Mesipitonic University. The nine hells are just basically just a playground for the gods.

I keep getting this error code, e92fe49a84b7414db5bf7a999f7405f7, every time try to access my spell list on my character sheet.
Got any homebrew on the character? Please link the character sheet URL.
The high ability scores is due to the Warden Race. And many of the spells themselves are homebrew. As are many of the feats.

Thank you!
It was this homebrew. https://www.dndbeyond.com/feats/56249-5th-powers. My DM has since deleted it from her feat list for her players.
